This position leads the Production Stack Responsible Engineering Authority team within Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Section. The role oversees hardware assembly and testing, investigates failures, improves production yield, and resolves technical or manufacturing issues across operations, quality, supply chain, and engineering organizations. It also manages configuration and technical data activities, coordinates customer hardware acceptance reviews, and communicates risks, progress, and corrective actions. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience leading multidisciplinary hardware teams and managing complex production programs. It is well suited to an experienced engineering leader who can balance hands-on technical problem solving with program execution and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or related STEM field, plus at least 8 years of relevant experienceAt least 5 years leading multidisciplinary hardware engineering teamsExperience managing complex technical programs and meeting cost, schedule, and performance goalsProficiency with EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk and opportunity managementExperience with production execution, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actionsActive Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required before starting
