Talent Insights Intern (Spring 2027)

This intern will help create a repeatable talent intelligence system by researching competitors, mapping relevant talent markets, and organizing findings into useful insights. The work supports Talent Acquisition, People, and business leaders as they make workforce and recruiting decisions. The role involves applying AI tools and analytical methods to unstructured, real-world information and communicating conclusions to business audiences. It is suited to a currently enrolled master’s student interested in data, artificial intelligence, workforce analytics, recruiting, or HR strategy. The internship is scheduled for January or February through April or May 2027 and includes collaboration with teams across Talent, People Analytics, and Engineering.
