Electronic Sourcing Engineer II (Onsite)

This role manages electronics sourcing activities from early product development through production, with a focus on supplier selection, component pricing, capacity, quality, and continuity of supply. The engineer leads sourcing events, supports negotiations, develops alternate sources, maintains the approved manufacturer list, and tracks material spending. Working closely with design and product teams, the sourcing organization, and electronics manufacturers, the position helps bring components into new products on schedule and at appropriate total cost. It also contributes to commodity strategies, supplier performance reviews, contract terms, and cost-reduction initiatives. The position suits someone with technical sourcing or supply chain experience who can navigate fast-moving NPI programs, build stakeholder relationships, and understand electronics markets.

Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field3+ years of experience in supply chain, technical sourcing, or engineeringProven ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and manage supplier selectionExperience with should-cost modeling, pricing negotiations, and contract termsNew product introduction (NPI) sourcing experience in electronics environmentLocated in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, Arizona
