This position sits within Collins Aerospace’s Global Trade function and helps develop compliant strategies for international sales, manufacturing, procurement, and support involving defense and dual-use items. The specialist prepares and manages export and import authorizations, interprets U.S. trade regulations, facilitates controlled transactions, and provides status and risk guidance to business leaders. Requirements

University degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years in global trade/export complianceDemonstrated experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulationsHands-on experience managing ITAR/EAR export authorizations and transacting against themProficiency with global trade systems such as DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, or OCR EASEU.S. citizenship required for program access authorizationStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
