AIM-9X Guidance Systems Lead

RTX is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee the electrical guidance unit for the AIM-9X program within its Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems organization. The role combines technical leadership, subsystem planning, trade studies, hardware troubleshooting, supplier coordination, and support for proposals and production. The successful candidate will work closely with program management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, customers, and other engineering groups to resolve complex issues and deliver military systems. Strong experience with analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, circuit card assemblies, or electro-mechanical hardware is valuable, along with disciplined communication and execution skills. This position suits a senior electrical, systems, mechanical, physics, or related STEM engineer who has led complex teams and holds an active DoD Secret clearance.
