Systems and Test Senior System Engineer (Onsite)

This position joins the Advanced Technology SETC team within RTX’s Effectors Center, helping ensure complex products perform reliably throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. The engineer will support or lead integration and verification activities, develop test strategies and documentation, analyze system performance, and investigate hardware, software, and interface issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining requirements, modeling systems and development processes in Cameo, presenting technical findings, and supporting test missions at laboratories, field sites, vendors, and customer locations. The role suits an experienced systems or integration-and-test engineer who can work across disciplines and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. It is intended for a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and experience contributing to defense or other highly regulated engineering programs.
