Sr. Manager - NSMS DMSMS/Obsolescence Program

The Sr. Manager - NSMS DMSMS/Obsolescence Program is a deputy Program Manager position within RTX's missile defense program office, reporting to the NSMS Obsolescence Associate Director. The role centers on proactive obsolescence monitoring and mitigation for the Standard Missile 6 and Standard Missile 2 programs, requiring leadership of proposal development, contract negotiations, program baselining, and hardware replacement initiatives. The position manages P&L across multiple contracts including CPFF, CPIF, FFP arrangements and IDIQ Task Orders, collaborating extensively with finance, engineering, supply chain, operations, and government customer teams.
