Senior Engineer II, Mechanical Engineering

This role supports the development of mechanical systems for semiconductor tools, including wafer handling, vacuum and process modules, thermal assemblies, robotics, and structural components. The engineer will turn system needs into detailed CAD designs and specifications, analyze performance and tolerances, and lead verification activities. They will work with systems, electrical, controls, process, manufacturing, and suppliers throughout prototyping, new product introduction, production transfer, and continuous improvement. The position also involves root-cause investigations, risk and reliability work, design-for-manufacturing efforts, and cost optimization.
