Principal Specialist, Configuration Management

This position is part of RTX’s Configuration Management and Data Management organization, which supports engineering teams, program offices, and customers throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead configuration identification, change control, status accounting, audits, baseline management, and risk assessments for systems and equipment. They will also mentor other configuration professionals, contribute to proposals and program reviews, and help establish consistent processes across functions. The role is well suited to an experienced configuration management practitioner who can analyze technical data, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with diverse engineering and operational teams. It is an onsite position in Tucson, Arizona, requiring U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance after the first day.
