SM-3 Software, Algorithms, and Simulations, Integrated Product Team Lead (SAS IPTL)

The SAS IPT Lead drives consistent delivery across multiple SM-3 programs and product-lifecycle activities, balancing technical performance, contractual commitments, budget, schedule, and long-term supportability. Working with the Office of the Chief Engineer, program managers, engineering functions, and customer representatives, this person aligns resources and communicates major issues, risks, opportunities, and resolutions to senior leadership. The position also supports team development, cross-training, customer relationships, strategic growth, and proposal or contract-modification efforts. It suits an experienced software, systems, or integration leader who has managed program controls and production efforts on complex defense programs.
