Test Operations Strategy Manager

This position shapes NXP’s global strategy for securing semiconductor test capacity in line with demand forecasts, product plans, and operational objectives. It works across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and business teams to assess sourcing options, identify constraints, and coordinate capacity expansion or mitigation efforts. The manager prepares long-range planning materials for corporate leadership and tracks execution of approved sourcing initiatives. Success requires the ability to interpret complex technical and business data, manage uncertainty, and communicate implications clearly to stakeholders at all levels. It is well suited to an experienced semiconductor test or supply chain professional who can influence senior leaders and lead complex, cross-functional programs.
