DC Outbound Lead (Onsite)

This position leads day-to-day outbound operations at Axon’s distribution center and reports to the Senior Outbound Supervisor. Responsibilities include verifying orders, managing package flow and freight staging, checking shipping documentation, and coordinating shipments with Logistics. The lead also supports regulatory compliance, including dangerous goods handling, maintains a safe and organized workspace, and reports operational metrics and problems. The role suits an organized warehouse professional who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and can guide team activities without direct reports. Candidates should be comfortable with shipping systems, physical warehouse work, forklift operation, and process improvement.
