Electronic Sourcing Engineer II (Onsite)

This role supports Axon’s electronics sourcing function across the product development and new product introduction lifecycle. The engineer will identify and qualify component suppliers, lead sourcing and pricing exercises, maintain approved manufacturer lists, and help ensure parts are available for engineering builds and production ramps. They will also contribute to commodity strategies, cost reduction initiatives, contract discussions, supplier reviews, and supply-chain risk mitigation. Success requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, as well as the ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-mix, low-volume environment. The position suits someone with an engineering or supply-chain background, electronics procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and an interest in building resilient supplier networks.
