Firmware Validation Technician II (Onsite)

This position joins Axon’s embedded product quality organization, supporting devices such as body cameras, in-car systems, TASERs, and wireless accessories. The technician partners with firmware, software, hardware, product, and lab teams to create test strategies, execute release testing, investigate issues, and provide evidence for release decisions. Responsibilities also include maintaining requirements traceability, improving test tools and processes, and coordinating access and scheduling for complex validation environments. The role suits a quality professional with experience testing firmware or connected hardware products who can manage several releases independently. Candidates should be comfortable with test automation, scripting, defect analysis, and collaboration across engineering disciplines.
