This analyst supports the Naval Power Finance organization by connecting growth initiatives, new business capture, program startup, and ongoing cost control. The position works with finance leadership, product-line teams, program management, and process improvement groups to assess controls, develop repeatable playbooks, and improve transitions from capture into execution. It also contributes to independent reviews, financial startup communities of practice, and adoption of consistent tools and structures across varied program types. The role is based in Tucson with a hybrid arrangement and occasional travel to Massachusetts and Texas. It suits an experienced finance or program-controls professional who is analytical, self-directed, comfortable presenting insights to leadership, and motivated by process improvement in a complex aerospace and defense environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of applicable financial management experience, or advanced degree and 5 yearsExperience with financial controls or financial planningWorking knowledge of SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX EV, PM tools, or similar systemsAbility to analyze data and summarize findings for leadershipStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordU.S. citizenship required
