The Digital Program Lead owns the digital transformation roadmap and execution for a complex, high-visibility missile program based in Tucson, Arizona. This leader coordinates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions to ensure the program has the appropriate digital tools, infrastructure, staffing, and resources throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing a $35M-plus portfolio, financial and performance reporting, operating plans, compliance, risk resolution, and relationships with internal and external technical partners. The position also guides Agile delivery, modernization, DevSecOps, systems integration, and continuous improvement efforts while influencing senior stakeholders. It suits an experienced technology or program leader who can manage large cross-functional portfolios and holds an active U.S. government Secret clearance.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 yearsActive, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience leading complex programs, portfolios, financials, performance metrics, and risk or cost analysisExperience with Agile practices, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager responsibilitiesBackground in software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, lifecycle testing, or continuous improvementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders; PMP or related certification preferred
