The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management leads material program management activities for the Naval Standard Missile Systems production portfolio at RTX's Tucson facility. This position manages the full spectrum of supply chain operations including material strategy development, supplier health monitoring, cost and schedule optimization, and production readiness planning. The role requires independent decision-making while collaborating across quality, engineering, and operations teams to resolve competing priorities and drive process improvements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years supply chain experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with material forecasting and supply chain strategyCross-functional team leadership and program management skillsSupplier management or production readiness experienceStrong financial acumen and supplier negotiation capabilitiesActive or ability to obtain Secret-level DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
