Senior Product Manager

This position leads multiple AI and digital learning initiatives from early concept through launch and ongoing refinement. It partners with researchers, engineers, designers, data scientists, instructional specialists, university leaders, and external collaborators to turn grant-funded research into scalable products. The manager will set product direction, prioritize roadmaps, define success measures, coordinate delivery, and support adoption through communication, training, and change management. Products may involve generative AI, personalized learning, learning analytics, and privacy-conscious data platforms. The role suits an experienced product leader who can work across complex or ambiguous environments, explain technical ideas to varied audiences, and apply evidence and experimentation to product decisions.
