Quality and Reliability Engineer

This engineer will assess manufacturing materials, processes, equipment, and products to ensure they meet quality and reliability expectations during high-volume production. Responsibilities include defining inspection and test approaches, analyzing reliability data, managing discrepant material decisions, and creating early-warning and containment systems. The position works with product engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer-facing teams to resolve problems and improve processes, cost, throughput, and product performance. It suits an engineering or physics professional with semiconductor knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and experience applying structured problem solving in collaborative environments. The role is based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting Intel Foundry operations.
