Simulation and Modeling Lead

This position leads the development, validation, and deployment of simulation and compact-modeling solutions used in advanced semiconductor design. It serves as a bridge between Intel engineering organizations and EDA suppliers, ensuring tools and modeling flows support technology milestones and PDK releases. The leader will oversee readiness activities, resolve technical issues, and help shape simulation methodologies for digital and analog design. The role is well suited to an experienced semiconductor professional with deep expertise in circuit simulation, transistor compact models, aging analysis, and modeling interfaces. Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to coordinate teams across locations are important for success.
