Sr. Electrical Engineer - Production Hardware

This engineer helps deliver and sustain complex electrical hardware by investigating circuit card assemblies, electro-mechanical systems, and RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal designs. The position works across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and engineering disciplines to resolve production and test issues, improve yield, and maintain program cost, schedule, and technical performance. Responsibilities may include root-cause analysis, design and test support, supplier coordination, documentation, integration, and technical reporting. It suits an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys hands-on laboratory troubleshooting and can provide independent technical direction within a small team. The role is onsite in Tucson, follows a first-shift 9/80 schedule, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance, and involves limited travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or related STEM field plus at least 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal circuit design or analysis, or digital signal processingHands-on familiarity with oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzersExperience troubleshooting and testing complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systemsAbility to coordinate across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teamsU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance
