The Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer II is responsible for executing builds and releases of various digital products, maintaining configuration control and traceability throughout the development lifecycle, and administering the tools and systems that enable these processes. The DPCM department supports all digital products at Raytheon—from embedded software and applications to ASIC designs and modeling systems—through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role suits engineers with a strong foundation in software configuration management, version control systems, and DevSecOps tools who want to work on mission-critical aerospace and defense projects with significant responsibility for ensuring quality, security, and on-time delivery across a large technical organization.

Requirements

BS/BA degree in STEM field plus minimum 2 years of engineering experienceActive Secret security clearance on day 1 and U.S. citizenshipProficiency with version control, change management, and agile planning toolsExperience with shell scripting in Linux, Unix, and Windows environmentsKnowledge of DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab CI/CD, or CoverityUnderstanding of digital product/software configuration management principles and practices
