This engineer will own the development and ongoing performance of a dry etch process module, from defining technical roadmaps and equipment configurations through process control and high-volume manufacturing transfer. Success requires using statistical methods, structured experiments, and troubleshooting techniques to address complex process and equipment issues. The engineer will work closely with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and manufacturing teams while training engineers during transfers between factories. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in a relevant engineering or STEM fieldSemiconductor engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfersAt least 2 years of dry etch experienceExperience with statistics, experimental design, tool matching, qualification, or process developmentStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skillsAbility to work onsite in Arizona and support day or night on-shift engineering needs
