Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Dry Etch Experienced Module Engineer
This engineer will own the development and ongoing performance of a dry etch process module, from defining technical roadmaps and equipment configurations through process control and high-volume manufacturing transfer. The position supports technology development, production-line installation and qualification, factory start-up, and sustained operations in a high-volume semiconductor environment. Success requires using statistical methods, structured experiments, and troubleshooting techniques to address complex process and equipment issues. The engineer will work closely with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and manufacturing teams while training engineers during transfers between factories. This opportunity suits a senior semiconductor professional with substantial dry etch experience who is comfortable leading through ambiguity, influencing with data, and potentially providing on-shift support.
