Software Engineer

This engineer will design, implement, test, and deploy intelligent software tools that streamline workflows across Intel’s advanced packaging and silicon engineering organizations. The team operates in a research-oriented, collaborative environment and explores AI/ML methods such as predictive automation, generative AI, and workflow optimization.
