Manufacturing Cell Lead - Weekend Fourth Shift

The role leads daily manufacturing activities for a production or depot operation and reports to a Value Stream Leader. It involves setting priorities and schedules, managing personnel and resources, addressing production issues, and coordinating with planning, engineering, quality, and other shift leaders. The lead is responsible for maintaining safe and compliant operations while ensuring products are completed on time and within cost and quality expectations. The position suits an experienced manufacturing or operations supervisor who is comfortable working directly on the factory floor in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with production control, ERP/MRP, lean manufacturing, takt-time, line-balancing, and bargaining-unit experience may be especially well suited.

University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant manufacturing/operations experienceSupervisory or managerial experience leading teamsActive and transferable DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredExperience with Material Resource Planning, ERP systems (SAP, IMDS, TMSS)Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TAKT, production control, and cost management conceptsAbility to work extended hours in fast-paced environment; weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun 6 AM-6 PM)
