Digital/IT Solutions Architecture Leader (Sr. Manager), FEOTB, Remote

This senior manager will lead architects designing, documenting, and integrating standardized technology solutions for classified RTX programs and secure operating environments. The position partners with cybersecurity, engineering, integration, program management, stakeholders, and vendors to develop compliant architectures, technology roadmaps, and operationally ready systems. It also includes mentoring and performance management for a distributed architecture team while guiding efforts to reduce technical debt and improve platform resilience. The role suits an experienced IT or engineering leader who can bridge business goals and complex infrastructure decisions in air-gapped or highly regulated environments. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are essential, along with substantial experience in secure infrastructure, government controls, and technical team leadership.
