Semiconductor Maintenance Technician - Implant

This technician supports the Implant equipment area in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment, maintaining toolsets from Axcelis and Applied Materials. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems; completing scheduled maintenance; changing consumables; and rebuilding specialized components such as ion sources and electrodes. The technician uses SPC, 5S, FDC, and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and develop corrective action plans. Success requires collaboration with internal and external teams, accurate documentation, and the ability to train or assist others.
