Sr. Electrical Engineer - Production Hardware (2nd Shift)

This role provides technical oversight for the production, testing, integration, and sustainment of digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal hardware. The engineer will investigate manufacturing and test issues, support root-cause and corrective-action efforts, and help resolve problems across internal and supplier operations. The position also contributes to technical reporting, cost and schedule tracking, engineering changes, test automation, and production-yield improvements. It suits an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys hands-on laboratory debugging, cross-functional collaboration, and independent technical leadership. The work is onsite in Tucson on a 3:00 p.m. to midnight second shift, with limited travel and a 9/80 schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or related STEM field with at least 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal circuit design or analysis, and/or digital signal processingFamiliarity with oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzersHands-on troubleshooting or debugging of circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systemsAbility to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret clearance before starting; U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to work onsite on second shift and collaborate effectively across production and engineering functions
