The Sr. Program Planner I supports Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization during program execution. This person owns updates to the Integrated Master Schedule, evaluates critical paths and schedule risks, and helps connect cost and schedule performance to the program baseline. The role also involves preparing internal reviews, customer deliverables, variance analyses, and planning or estimating inputs while ensuring compliance with applicable government and company standards. Success requires a data-focused professional who can engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and keep commitments moving toward closure. It is well suited to an experienced scheduler or program management professional with defense, EVMS, and schedule management experience who can work full-time onsite in Tucson.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ yearsExperience creating and maintaining schedules using MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar toolsExperience developing Integrated Master Schedules and analyzing critical paths or workflowsExperience with Earned Value Management Systems or comparable business processesActive U.S. DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship requiredStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and schedule risk analysis skills
