Associate Director - Development Program Manager
This leader will manage the SM-3 Block IIA development program within Raytheon’s Shipboard Missiles organization and ensure contractual commitments, flight-test milestones, budgets, and performance objectives are achieved. The position coordinates multiple integrated product teams, strengthens relationships with government and internal customers, and guides decisions affecting execution and future business growth. It carries accountability for profit and loss, annual operating plan performance, program metrics, staffing, and resolution of escalated risks. The role suits an experienced defense program executive who can lead complex, geographically distributed teams and navigate Department of Defense acquisition, contracting, and customer environments. It is an onsite Tucson position requiring an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and approximately 10% domestic travel.
