Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)
The intern will contribute to Raytheon’s Manufacturing Engineering function within Operations, Supply Chain & Quality. Responsibilities include using company tools, assisting production activities, supporting manufacturing goals, and participating in process improvement and optimization efforts. The role connects engineering design requirements with practical production methods and provides opportunities to collaborate with manufacturing and design teams. It is well suited to students pursuing manufacturing, mechanical, or related STEM degrees who want hands-on experience in a defense manufacturing environment. The position is onsite in Tucson, requires time in factory areas, does not include relocation assistance, and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance.
