This position is a senior systems engineering role within Raytheon's Tucson facility supporting advanced missile and defense systems. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline plus minimum 8 years of relevant systems engineering experienceExperience in software, firmware, hardware, integration, and/or test domainsProficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), requirements development and management, and verification strategiesActive and transferable DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain interim clearance prior to startU.S. citizenship requiredExperience with Cameo, DOORS, or similar systems engineering tools and defense industry missile programs
