Principal Lead Systems Engineer (Onsite)

This onsite position leads systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle of complex missile and launcher programs, from requirements and architecture through integration, testing, production, and sustainment. The engineer will align program strategy with execution, guide cross-functional and integrated product teams, and translate system objectives into practical direction for engineering and supplier organizations. The role also serves as a senior technical representative to customers and external partners while coordinating with the launcher organization in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. It includes mentoring engineers and strengthening team performance and technical discipline.
