Coyote Development Chief Engineer (Onsite)

This Chief Engineer role leads the technical strategy and execution for Raytheon's Coyote CUAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System) development program. You'll own the complete technical baseline, from requirements and system analysis through hardware/software design, integration, and testing, while coordinating across engineering functions and interfacing directly with government customers. The role combines hands-on technical expertise in radar systems and missile development with program leadership responsibilities, including mentoring engineers, managing technical reviews, and balancing cost, schedule, and performance priorities.
