Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Manager

This senior individual contributor role supports Intel’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development organization and helps move packaging technologies from development toward reliable factory production. The manager will set operational priorities, coordinate workforce and equipment resources, manage WIP and recovery activities, and deliver key manufacturing milestones. Success requires close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, quality, planning, integration, and program teams in a technically complex manufacturing environment. The position also drives Lean, Six Sigma, data-based improvement, training, standard work, and ramp readiness. It suits an experienced manufacturing or operations professional who can influence technical stakeholders, solve ambiguous factory problems, and maintain a visible presence in an onsite, potentially shift-based operation.
