Probe Associate

This position works within NXP’s manufacturing and engineering environment to help keep production tools available and operating correctly. Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance, inspecting maintenance kits and equipment, following documented work standards, and carrying out authorized revisions. The associate is expected to contribute ideas for improving procedures while maintaining strict environmental, health, and safety practices. It suits a detail-focused, dependable team member who communicates well, adapts to changing priorities, and can work under pressure and flexible hours. The role also requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to complete training and perform associate duties as needed.
