Principal Procurement Specialist

This position supports Raytheon’s Supply Chain organization by procuring hardware and services for a broad portfolio of defense programs. The specialist will develop sourcing approaches, review technical and contractual requirements, issue solicitations, evaluate supplier proposals, lead negotiations, and handle post-award administration. Success requires close coordination with suppliers, engineering, quality, program, and other functional stakeholders, with occasional travel of up to 25 percent. The role would suit an experienced procurement professional who is comfortable working in a complex, regulated, fast-moving environment. Candidates with government contracting, SAP, cost and pricing analysis, and FAR/DFARS expertise would be especially well matched.
