This position is part of Raytheon’s multidisciplinary Hardware-in-the-Loop organization, which builds and operates simulated missile test environments before flight testing. The integrator helps translate system requirements into measurable results, presents signals in IF and RF environments, and investigates issues across integrated test systems. Responsibilities include assembling and integrating developmental systems, operating HWIL facilities, troubleshooting failures, and contributing throughout system development and sustainment. The role suits an engineer with hands-on integration experience, familiarity with electronic test instruments and schematics, and the ability to collaborate across technical disciplines. It is an onsite Tucson position requiring U.S. citizenship and an active or obtainable Secret clearance.

Requirements

STEM degree with minimum 2 years relevant integration experienceExperience integrating hardware, software, and firmware with ability to read schematicsProficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generatorsStrong organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsActive or obtainable DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredFamiliarity with RF theory, networking, Linux/Windows systems, and technical documentation preferred
