Manager, Hardware Validation (Onsite)

This manager will guide hardware validation engineers and establish testing direction across Axon product programs from early requirements through production release. The position oversees test planning for areas such as environmental durability, EMC, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance, while monitoring readiness metrics for program reviews. It also involves coordinating with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and external laboratory partners to investigate failures and close risks. The manager will help improve lab capabilities, automation, data systems, test coverage, and defect prevention.
