Full Stack Principal Application Developer

As a Full Stack Principal Application Developer at RTX, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications using modern technologies across the full technology stack. Working within the Business Software Engineering organization's SAFe framework, you'll collaborate with solution architects, peers, and non-technical stakeholders to create comprehensive technical solutions while mentoring team members on implementation best practices. This role suits experienced developers who excel at translating complex business problems into scalable applications and can effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of applications—from initial design through deployment and maintenance—while contributing to a team that simultaneously manages multiple projects. The position is fully remote within the United States and requires deep expertise in both modern frontend frameworks and enterprise backend technologies, combined with strong problem-solving and collaborative abilities.
