Open role
Manufacturing Development Engineer II
This engineer works across the product value stream to ensure designs can be built efficiently, reliably, and at the required quality and schedule. Responsibilities include creating manufacturing data packages, defining assembly workflows and labor standards, supporting tooling and fixture development, and contributing to design-for-manufacturing reviews. The engineer collaborates with design, production, quality, and other technical teams to improve processes, investigate corrective actions, and address cost or production constraints. The position suits an early-career manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, chemical, or electrical engineer with hands-on production experience and an interest in aerospace manufacturing. Because the work supports defense programs, U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain required security and program-access clearances are essential.
