FP&A Lead

This position is part of the Advanced Technology strategic business unit at Raytheon (RTX), where you'll manage various investment categories including capital, overhead, and inventory while overseeing BSEC and EOC financial activities. You'll perform critical financial analyses such as burn rate evaluations and earned value assessments, lead monthly close processes, and support the long-range planning cycle through data analysis and cross-functional coordination. The role requires close collaboration with the FP&A Manager, SSBU CFO, and broader finance teams to provide leadership with timely financial reporting and insights.
