This position supports Raytheon’s Advanced Technology organization by managing a broad portfolio of investments, including capital, inventory, overhead, and new business initiatives. The FP&A Lead analyzes financial performance, supports monthly close and quarterly forecasting processes, and prepares reviews and presentations for leadership. The role also contributes to long-range planning, balance sheet analysis, data quality resolution, and process improvement efforts. It works closely with the AE&S FP&A Manager, SSBU CFO, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid Tucson environment. This opportunity suits an experienced finance professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and work with enterprise financial systems in a classified aerospace and defense setting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of experience (or Advanced degree with 5+ years)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with SAP Business Systems, BW Toolset, or similar enterprise platformsAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills for multi-level organizational reportingExperience with investment reporting, AR/CFRs, and forecasting activities
