Sr. Program Planner II - Onsite

The Sr. Program Planner II will join Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization and help translate program requirements and technical solutions into reliable integrated execution plans. Responsibilities include developing schedule networks, assessing critical paths and risks, maintaining baselines, validating logic, and reporting planning and earned-value metrics. Depending on program complexity, the planner may support a lead scheduler or independently manage planning for a smaller effort. The position also involves collaborating with technical and functional experts, improving planning processes, and mentoring less-experienced planners. It suits an experienced scheduling or program management professional who is comfortable with EVMS, schedule risk analysis, industry planning tools, and classified onsite work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ yearsCurrent, active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience developing and maintaining Integrated Master SchedulesProficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or comparable scheduling softwareExperience with EVMS or a similar cost and schedule management processAbility to analyze critical paths, schedule risks, trends, and performance metrics
