Product Supportability Project Manager

This position sits within KLA Services and serves as a cross-functional connection between product development, manufacturing, supply chain, technical support, and field service teams. It manages supportability execution for new and existing products, including ECOs, service kits, inventory strategies, cost-of-service modeling, preventive maintenance, documentation, and training. The role also helps validate Alpha and Beta systems, supports customer installations and escalations, and captures lessons learned for future product generations. Success requires the ability to understand integrated hardware and software systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and turn service data into practical action plans. It suits a technically experienced project manager or service engineering professional who can influence development teams, improve lifecycle support, and occasionally travel to customer or beta sites.
