Specialist II, Technical Training (Day Shift)
This position delivers classroom and practical instruction on ASM equipment, evaluates learner progress, and helps participants build confidence and technical capability. The specialist collaborates with engineering teams, business units, and product experts to keep courses, procedures, labs, and learning records current. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting training systems, incorporating equipment and technology updates, and promoting safe work practices. The role suits someone with hands-on experience in semiconductor, industrial, military, aviation, automotive, manufacturing, or other complex technical environments who enjoys teaching and mentoring. It is based on a 7 AM–7 PM day-shift schedule with an alternating compressed 36- and 48-hour workweek, while travel is optional rather than required.
