Program Security Specialist -Onsite, Tucson, AZ

This position is part of RTX’s Global Security Services Industrial Security organization and serves as an embedded security advisor to assigned programs. The specialist will interpret security obligations, oversee classified material protection, support audits and investigations, manage security plans and program administration, and promote effective security practices. The role also involves collaboration with cybersecurity and systems engineering teams on program protection planning, as well as engagement with government representatives and subcontractors. It suits an experienced industrial security professional who can lead complex projects, communicate across multidisciplinary groups, and operate effectively in fast-moving defense environments. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, along with the ability to work onsite in Tucson and travel when needed.
