HWIL Electrical Engineer I
This position is part of Raytheon’s multidisciplinary Hardware in the Loop organization, which builds and deploys sophisticated test systems used before missile flight testing. The engineer works with systems designers to interpret requirements, integrate electronics and software, and support lab-based testing of complex weapon-system components. Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, using electronic test equipment, contributing to root-cause investigations, and applying data-collection or analysis methods. The role is intended for a recent electrical or computer engineering graduate with limited professional experience who enjoys hands-on laboratory work and cross-functional collaboration. Work is fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona, and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the required interim security clearance.
