Principal Specialist, GOV Compliance (Onsite)

This position belongs to the Customer Property Team within Collins Aerospace’s Power & Controls business and supports adherence to contractual, regulatory, and company property requirements. The specialist manages property records and reporting, assists with audits and corrective actions, supports program closeouts, and identifies opportunities to improve processes. The role also partners with Contract Management, Program Management, site leadership, customers, and external agencies to ensure obligations are fulfilled. It is suited to an analytical compliance professional with government property experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational improvements. The job is based onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, requires U.S. citizenship, and may involve up to 10% travel.
