Sr. Program Planner II - Onsite

This position sits within Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization and supports the successful execution of programs through disciplined planning and scheduling. The planner will develop integrated schedules, assess dependencies and milestones, evaluate schedule risks using methods such as Monte Carlo analysis, and provide actionable status reporting to leadership. The role also involves partnering with engineering, project management, and functional specialists to keep schedule data accurate and aligned with earned value processes. Depending on program complexity, the individual may support a lead scheduler or independently manage a smaller planning effort. It is well suited to an experienced scheduler who can communicate clearly, improve processes, mentor junior planners, and work onsite with classified program teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ yearsExperience using MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or comparable scheduling softwareExperience developing Integrated Master Schedules and analyzing critical paths or workflowsExperience with Earned Value Management Systems or similar processesActive DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to work full-time onsite in Tucson, Arizona
