Senior Manager, Material Program Manager

This position manages the material planning and supply chain strategy for critical naval missile development programs within a defense contracting environment. The role requires deep expertise in material requirements planning, subcontract management, and earned value management, with responsibility for coordinating across engineering, production, quality, and procurement teams in a matrix organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-3 material program managers, handle supplier negotiations, manage program budgets and forecasts, and communicate supply chain status and risks to leadership and customers.
